1. When will my order be ready?

Online orders will be filled from existing stock from our store if the items are available. If an item is not in stock at our store, we will need to order it from the vendor. Generally, if an item is available in our store, it will be ready for pickup or shipping the next business day. If the item needs to be ordered, it will be available for pickup or shipping in approximately one week, unless the item is backordered.

The webstore will tell you the status of an item:
•“In Stock At Yore Uniform Shop” means the item is in stock at our store and will be available for pickup or shipping the next business day.
•“Out of Stock At Yore Uniform Shop” means we do not have the item in stock at our store and we will have to order the items from the vendor.
•“(XXX) Available At Warehouse” means the vendor has a particular number available at the warehouse and can be ordered.
•“Not Available At Warehouse until [DATE]” means the item is backordered. You can still order this item, but it won’t be available in the warehouse until the date listed. Your order will typically be ready for pickup or shipping within one week of the backorder date. Please note that vendors may change availability dates after orders have been placed.
•“Not Available At Warehouse” means the item is no longer available from the vendor and cannot be ordered.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order once it is placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make modifications to an order once it has been placed. However, we are more than happy to make your order right once it is received. Please call us Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm to discuss the changes you want to make.

3. I never got a confirmation email. Did my order go through?

Be sure to check your junk box to see if the confirmation email went there. If not, you can call us Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm to verify that the order was received,
