To connect to your existing account, we must have your phone number and zip code in our system already. To see if we do, click on “sign in” at the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Scroll down and click on “link to an existing account.” Enter your phone number and zip code. If we have that information in our system, your account information will be displayed, and you will be asked to enter your email and create a password. If we do not have that information in our system, you will need to set up an account as described in question #1. You can then call the store at (319) 235-6601 Monday through Friday 10am – 5pm, and we can manually merge the two accounts.
