1. Do you offer embroidery?

Yes! We can add a LOGO and/or your NAME to any item. The cost for embroidery is $10 for each LOGO or NAME on items purchased in store.

2. I purchased an item somewhere else. Can I still have it embroidered?

Yes, we can still embroider the item. The cost for embroidery on an item purchased elsewhere is $15.

3. Is there a set-up cost for a new LOGO that you have not done before?

LOGOs must be a .dst or .emb file to be compatible with our embroidery machine. If you do not have the LOGO in one of those formats, we will need to digitize the LOGO before we can proceed. The cost to digitize a LOGO is $20. File formats that can be digitized include .png, .jpg, and .gif. We cannot digitize a .pdf file.
